Hero VIDA Electric Scooter Launch Price Rs 1.45 L – 165 Kms Range, 2 Variants: Hero Motocorp has launched its first electric scooter under its new brand name Vida and the scooter is the company’s own first electric two-wheeler under the new name. Apart from this, the company has been teasing the new electric scooter for some time now and has decided to launch the scooter in India today.

A new electric brand called VIDA has been launched under Hero MotoCorp with a new logo and identity.

Today, October 7, the company launched India’s first electric scooter.

The Hero MotoCorp has announced that it has finalized its partnership with Zero Motorcycles. Through this agreement, Hero will be able to enhance its R&D department and reduce any chances of future delays thanks to its partnership with Zero Motorcycles.

At Gurugram, there is a glass case where the research and development center, The Center of Innovation and Technology (CIT), Jaipur, can be viewed by the public.

Hero Motocorp Investments

As per the company’s announcement, USD 100 million (about Rs 760 crore) has been allocated for a global fund, which will support over 10,000 entrepreneurs developing meaningful and ethical ESG (environment, social, and governance) solutions around the world.

There will be two variants of the Hero Vida V1: Vida V1 Pro and Vida V1 Plus. Both variants will operate at a speed of 80 kmph. Both variants feature more than 100 combinations for use, regardless of what purpose you may seek.

As well as launching a fast charging network, a platform, and the service ‘Vida’ for electric scooters, the company has launched the Vida V1 electric scooter as well.

Vida charger and charging time

There is a fast charging facility on V1 Pro and V1 Plus, which allows the phone to be charged from 0% to 100% in less than two hours and seventeen minutes.

Vida smartphone connectivity

The Vida will function as a smartphone on wheels, allowing you to navigate, monitor, configure, share, and book charging stations with ease.

• A single charge of the V1 pro provides 165 minutes of usage and the V1 plus gives 143 minutes of usage 
• It is possible to use two batteries simultaneously.

Vida Electric Scooters will start accepting bookings on 10 October 2022, while the deliveries are scheduled to begin in December 2022. The launch of the Vida Electric Scooter will occur in phases, with Jaipur, Delhi, and Bangalore being the launch cities for Phase I.
